Context

The new SFR, the 1st alternative operator in Europe following the merger between SFR - Neuf Cegetel, has selected the enterprise search engine Sinequa CS to federate their internal communication tools and facilitate the integration of the two companies. This strategic project aims to create synergies within the new company and thus enable SFR to maintain its leadership.

Objectives
In the initial deployment Sinequa CS connects to different sources of information within SFR, including the collaborative SharePoint space, network shared drives, intranets and SAP applications for invoice management. The volume of available data exceeds 5 million documents (Office formats, HTML). By quickly and easily enabling the addition of new applications or data sources as needed, Sinequa accompanies SFR in its growth.

The enterprise search engine Sinequa CS is integrated into the MySFR portal, offering employees a single point of access to information. With MySFR, SFR simplifies internal communication to broaden opportunities and foster collaboration between employees.
